These are the services we provide, and they can be combined. A typical plan might be three mornings of personal care plus a ride to a Thursday appointment — or it might grow over time as needs change.

How the first visit works
Nothing is decided over the phone. We come to the house, look at the real layout, the real stairs and the real routine, and then write a plan you can read and change.
- Send the form or call us and tell us briefly what's going on at home.
- A local care coordinator contacts you within 24 hours to talk through your family's needs.
- We schedule a complimentary, in-home consultation at a time that suits everyone, including the person who will be receiving care.
- Together we build a customized care plan — days, hours, tasks and who does what — and set a start date.
Many Montevallo families come to us for an aging-at-home plan: a structured, proactive plan that puts companion care, personal assistance and safety checks in place before a crisis occurs. It is far easier to add hours to a plan that already exists than to build one from a hospital waiting room.
