The only special we run: a complimentary in-home consultation
We don't put senior care on sale. What we do offer, to every family who asks, is a complimentary in-home consultation — a real visit, in the home, at no cost and with nothing owed afterward. It is the most useful hour most families spend in the whole process, and it costs nothing to find out whether we're the right fit.
During the visit we sit down with you and your loved one, walk through the rooms they use every day, and talk honestly about what's working and what isn't. Bathing and dressing. Meals. Medication reminders. Stairs, rugs, lighting, the path to the bathroom at 2 a.m. From there we can help you build an aging-at-home plan — a structured, proactive plan that puts companion care, personal assistance, and safety checks in place before a crisis forces the decision for you.
Some families leave that visit ready to start the following week. Others take the notes, talk it over, and call us back months later. Both are fine. The consultation is genuinely free either way.
What happens after you reach out
There's no phone tree and no sales pitch waiting on the other end. Here's the whole sequence:
- You submit the form on this page, or call and leave us your details.
- One of our local care coordinators contacts you within 24 hours to talk through your family's situation — what's changed, what's urgent, and what can wait.
- We schedule the in-home consultation at a time that suits your loved one's routine, not ours.
- We put together a customized care plan in plain language, with the services you actually need and nothing padded on top.
- You decide whether to go ahead. If the timing isn't right, we leave you the plan anyway.
Six kinds of help, built around your loved one's day
Every care plan we write is assembled from these six services. Most families start with one or two and add more as needs change:
- Personal & Companion Care — dignified assistance with daily routines, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Dementia & Alzheimer's Support — specialized, patient care tailored to cognitive needs, keeping the home safe and familiar. Our caregivers are specifically trained in dementia and Alzheimer's support.
- Respite & Recovery Care — essential relief for family caregivers, plus structured hospital-to-home recovery support to help prevent readmissions.
- Transportation — rides home from the hospital, to doctors' appointments, and to other care services.
- Cleaning Services — keeping the home clear of clutter and trip hazards so it stays a safe place to live.
- Travel Buddies — support before, during, and after a trip, including personal care and mobility assistance along the way.
We provide personalized in-home support that allows seniors to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most — HOME. Local. Compassionate. Dependable.
